Anonymity is the spiritual foundation of all our Traditions, ever reminding us to place principles before personalities. This principle applies to all our meetings and personal interactions among members and guests visiting the Tri-Cities Alano Club.
The purpose of A.A. meetings is for members to: “share their experience, strength and hope with each other that they may solve their common problem and help others to recover from alcoholism.”
Al-Anon is a mutual support group of peers who share their experience in applying the Al-Anon principles to problems related to the effects of a problem drinker in their lives.
Open meetings are available to anyone interested in Al-Anon and Alcoholics Anonymous's program of recovery from alcoholism. Anyone may attend open meetings as an observer.
Closed meetings are for A.A. members only or for those who have a drinking problem and “have a desire to stop drinking.”
